4.1. We only use your information with your consent or if the law allows us to do so. We obtain your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information:
- when you avail yourself of a product or service, as a purchaser or as a beneficiary of a new product or service

6.1. Limited Retention We retain your information, in digital format, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as long as required or permitted by law. In addition, we will retain your transactional information for seven years after its execution. When your information is no longer required, we endeavor to destroy it securely.

Information Security Program We make significant efforts to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and any other breach of the protection of such information. We have implemented a security program to keep pace with the constantly evolving threats to information security. The measures adopted in our security program are:
- limiting the people who have access to your information. Thus, only employees who need to consult your information as part of their work have access to it.

Our employees do not have this information and will not ask you for it. Avoid transmitting information in any email.
