4.1. By accepting this policy, you expressly agree to the processing practices (collection, use, disclosure, etc.) described herein based on your specific choices regarding the protection of your Personal Information, subject to any specific consents you may not want to give us or that you may have withdrawn in accordance with this policy. In addition, by accepting this policy, you expressly declare:

If we become aware that we are processing the personal information of a minor without having obtained such consent, we will take the necessary steps to delete this personal information as soon as possible. We will process your personal information only on the contractual basis of providing you with the service and in accordance with this policy. We only use your information with your consent or if the law allows us to do so. We obtain your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information:
- when you avail yourself of a product or service, as a purchaser or as a beneficiary of a new product or service
- when we need to use your information for a purpose different from those for which you have already given your consent
- during certain specific interactions with us, such as customer service calls or the completion of online forms However, we do not obtain your consent for every interaction with you. For example, if you are the beneficiary of a magazine subscription, we may consider that you agree to us contacting you as part of a satisfaction survey.
5.1. Right to Accept or Refuse to Provide Your Information Your information belongs to you. 6. SECURITY MEASURES
6.1. Limited Retention We retain your information, in digital format, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as long as required or permitted by law. The purpose, nature, and sensitivity of the information were taken into account in determining retention periods. MMMontreal.ca is subject to numerous legal obligations regarding the retention of personal information (for example, under tax laws). In addition, we will retain your transactional information for seven years after its execution. When your information is no longer required, we endeavor to destroy it securely.

Information Security Program We make significant efforts to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and any other breach of the protection of such information. We have implemented a security program to keep pace with the constantly evolving threats to information security. The measures adopted in our security program are:
- limiting the people who have access to your information. Thus, only employees who need to consult your information as part of their work have access to it.

Our employees do not have this information and will not ask you for it. Avoid transmitting information in any email.
